Call For Articles Vol. 30, Issue 2
The Connecticut Insurance Law Journal is looking for articles, essays, comments, and notes on current
insurance laws and issues. The selected papers will be published in Volume 30, Issue 2, set to publish by
June 2024.
This issue will feature a variety of insurance-related articles. We welcome articles that discuss current and
important insurance issues, or present ways in which the insurance industry can better serve all members
of society. We also welcome articles highlighting emerging insurance issues, prospective insurance
products, insurance and public policy, insurance as an industry regulator, and early case law
commentary.
We will feature chosen articles from a variety of lawyers, academics, insurance industry leaders, students,
activists, and sociologists. Papers should generally be between 10–30 pages. After selection, the final
drafts are due January 14, 2024.
